What AgencyOS is, how it works, and how to get started today.
AgencyOS is a seven-specialist AI operating system for boutique real estate teams. It's built as a Claude Project today, with a web application launching Q3 2026.
The system handles lead qualification, property research, client communication, transaction coordination, and daily operational briefings — the operational backbone for teams running 40–250 transactions per year without a full-time operations layer.
Today — Claude Project:
Drop the seven specialist folders into a Claude Project in Claude.ai. Each specialist is a separate folder with system instructions, rules, and examples. You work with the orchestrator, which routes requests to the right specialist automatically. All specialists share a common Agency File (case state) so context doesn't drift across handoffs.
Q3 2026 — Web Application:
Persistent Agency Files in Supabase. Live dashboard for the daily brief. Native connectors to Dotloop, Follow Up Boss, DocuSign, and MLS feeds. Multi-user access for your whole team. The specialist architecture stays the same — the web app makes it persistent and collaborative.
Three things no other system has:
1. Two distinct contracts instead of one.
HANDOFF_PROTOCOL moves work between specialists. The Agency File (Case State Schema) preserves operational reality. Handoffs tell the next specialist what to do. The Agency File tells every specialist what's true. Most multi-agent systems conflate these, which causes context drift across a transaction's lifecycle.
2. Client emotional state as a first-class field.
Seven documented buyer types, seven seller types. The communication specialist adapts tone based on the client's emotional profile. An anxious first-time buyer and an analytical investor in the same deal situation get fundamentally different communications — automatically.
3. The Daily Deal Desk.
A sixth specialist that no other system has. Every morning it scans all active Agency Files and produces one prioritized document: what breaks today if unacted on, what to monitor, Diana's decision queue, and a full pipeline snapshot. The brief that replaced the morning standup.
Boutique real estate teams of 3–10 agents running 40–250 transactions per year. High-touch, relationship-driven agencies that have outgrown scattered Google Docs and haven't needed a full CRM. Teams where everything works — until the principal isn't there to hold it together.
Seven specialists:
System contracts:
Agent Communication Profiles:
48 total files including reference documents, templates, examples, and operational guides.

No. The Claude Project version requires no code — upload the folders to Claude.ai and follow the guide. The web application will be a no-code interface.
When you connect your team's tools in Claude.ai, the specialists adapt automatically:
Connect in Claude.ai → Settings → Integrations. Takes two minutes.
AgencyOS also works without any integrations — specialists fall back to manually maintained Agency Files when connectors aren't active.
Native connectors for Dotloop, Follow Up Boss, DocuSign, and MLS feeds. These tools aren't in the Claude.ai connector directory, which is why the web app exists. Additional integrations based on founding cohort feedback.
Yes. The system files are open source. You can edit the system instructions, add reference documents, modify the handoff protocol, or build new specialists for your market.
The web application will have customization settings for team-specific workflows and per-agent communication profiles.
